Due to new legislation, Markets.com is no longer allowed to provide bonus money to new clients.
Markets.com Trading Platforms
There are various trading platforms available at Markets.com. First of all, there is the Markets Web Trader, the standard trading platform by Markets.com which is a browser version and doesn’t require any download. Then there is the Markets Mobile Trader, a mobile application that allows investors to trade on their Smartphone and tablet. The Sirix Web Trader account offers the possibility of “Social Trading”: following other investors and day traders in their trades. Markets.com also offers a MetaTrader 4/5 Terminal, where you can immediately enjoy market liquidity. Finally, there is the MetaTrader Multi Terminal with which one can control multiple accounts at the same time.
Markets.com account types
There are four different types of accounts available at Markets.com. First, there is the demo account with which traders can invest with virtual money on the stock market to try the trading platform or to test certain strategies. Then there is the Original Account which requires a minimum initial deposit of $ 100 or € 100, the Standard account which requires a minimum investment of $ 2,500 or € 2,500, and the Premium account which requires a minimum investment of $ 20,000 or € 20,000. The higher the account type, the lower the spreads or acquisition costs. Also, standard and premium account holders get a personal account manager, sms and email notifications, and access to VIP customer service and other extras.
Markets.com charges no hidden costs or fees for withdrawing profits. All costs are included in the spread or acquisition costs when opening one or multiple positions.
Markets.com Customer Service
The Markets.com customer service can be reached 24/7 via email, phone, fax and live chat feature on the website. The customer service is available in a lot of languages. See the table above to see which languages exactly are available.
All funds from investors and day traders at Markets.com are managed on a separate balance sheet and in the unlikely event of bankruptcy of markets.com, all these funds are covered by a deposit guarantee scheme (DGS). Markets.com is regulated and under strict financial supervision by CySEC and the Financial Service Board South Africa (FSB) under license number 092/08 and FSP number 43906. I’ve never heard of anyone who had problems withdrawing from Markets.com. Also, from our experience the customer service is friendly, professional, and helpful.
Markets.com is official partner of one of the largest football team in the world: Arsenal. Both Markets.com and Arsenal are proud to be a partner of each other.
Markets.com review conclusion
Markets.com, with such a domain you can expect nothing but a gigantic stock market company and that’s exactly what it is. Safecap Investments Ltd. has, besides Markets.com, several other Forex and option trading websites. Markets.com is their flagship and is ranked high in Google and on other review websites as the place for online stock trading. With a starting capital of 25 euro this broker is definitely worth trying.
